Richard has over 19 years experience in Professional Accounting having worked for KPMG both in Papua New Guinea and Australia. The last 7 years as Partner for the KPMG Audit and Assurance practice. Richard has been a key member to a number of significant reforms in PNG. He has significant board room exposure and brings with him exposure across a number of industries and businesses. Richard is the Treasurer of Weight Lifting PNG.

Sharon was recently the Chief Financial Officer of a health services organisation and managed $50 Million in funding. In 2015, Sharon helped establish Performance Improvement Partners.

With excellent communication and analytical skills, Loata excels at engaging with diverse audiences in finding solutions to meet organisational objectives.
